Incidents
Clean incident reports in minutes — type, units, timeline, and outcome captured the way the floor actually works.
Open module// SYSTEM OF RECORD FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES
Fire Line Ops builds the systems fire halls run on. Our flagship, FirehallDB, is the system of record for incidents, apparatus, training, and attendance — so when the call comes in, the crew, the city, and the community know the hall is ready.

// 01 — THE PROBLEM
Fire departments are expected to prove readiness, track training, document incidents, manage apparatus, and answer to the municipality — often with tools that were never built for emergency services.
// 02 — THE SYSTEM
Live operational picture for the hall, the chief, and the city.

// 05 — ABOUT FIRE LINE OPS
Fire Line Ops builds software and systems for firefighting halls. Our flagship, FirehallDB, is the system of record for incidents, apparatus, inspections, personnel, training, and attendance — and the metrics that show whether a hall is performing.
We started in a single volunteer hall that was inspecting trucks with a clipboard and logging incidents in a binder. The data existed — it just wasn't readily accessible, and it wasn't being reviewed. Today the same record serves the crew on shift and the municipality that funds them.
If it happened on the floor, it belongs in the record. We design for the call, not the demo.
Halls run on us during the worst moments of someone's day. Reliability is the whole product.
The same numbers that help a hall improve are the ones a city can stand behind.
